Did You Make a Shift But Forget to Tell Anyone?
We are in a time of expedient change. And with that, many organizations are reworking their systems, realigning processes to better serve their clients or members, and working with a deep sense of urgency to keep up.
I am working with several organizations that are just coming out of this period of realignment, and they are now ready for maintenance and continued innovation within the new framework they’ve built. But as they enter this new phase of sustainability, they are finding that the culture and behaviors required for realignment are not the same as those required for maintenance and innovation.
Instead of a task manager mentality where a focus on individual silos achieving their goals is the winning behavior, they now require cross-team collaboration and a focus on the good of the whole.
